Let Baruch Haba's professional staff guide you through the challenging process of finding a long term rental apartment.  We recommend that you speak to friends in the area, spend a Shabbat or two in your desired neighborhood and take note of the amenities offered by the community.If you are an Oleh Chadash and unfamiliar with the new community you're considering, we recommend renting for at least a year before buying a home. If buying a property in the near future is not feasible for you, try to have your landlord agree to a two or three year lease to reduce the stress of having to move several times in a short period.

Baruch Haba has extensive rental apartment listings located throughout Israel. With our listing service you don't have to pay the normal one month rental fee if you rent anywhere in Israel outside of Ramat Bet Shemesh Aleph. Our Subscription Service costs just 50 NIS (about $15)for one week's membership for an entire area, 100 NIS for a month, and gives you access to the landlords contact info of all our listings in the selected area.  But before you part with your money you will first be able to view the property details as well as in most cases see pictures so you know exactly what you are paying for. Once you've subscribed, you will receive the landlord's contact details on every property listed with us for the specific area for which you have registered for.  This puts you in control and allows you to directly deal with the landlord.
